As she was quite involved in
the early pedigree history of the
SCWT, it was this breed that be-
came Zena’s first terrier CC breed,
this was in 1989, giving her first
set of CCs to two Stevelyns, who
both became early Champions of
the breed. Obviously Hunt and
Jack Russells were other favour-
ites, and Zena has taken a close
interest in both the Parson and
the newly recognised Jack over
many years. She awards CCs in all
breeds in the group, and in fact is
still the only all breed judge in the
UK.
She judged her first terrier group
at the Border Union show in 1998,
and here a famous Parson terrier
won.
